We primarily use Direct Freight and Australia Post to deliver our products across Australia. The choice of carrier is determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.
Processing and Delivery Times
- All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Inspection and Reporting
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and contents immediately. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues, including:
- Damage during transit
- Missing items or components
- Incorrect items received

Title and Risk
Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer. We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
