At DIXCEL - Advanced Brake Technology Australia, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in resalable packaging, and with all contents included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that all returns will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct fitment. Pad shapes and rotors must be checked and verified before purchase. If you are unsure of the correct part for your vehicle, please contact us for assistance prior to ordering.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. You have 7 days to report any issues regarding delivery, defects, or damages.
Contact us immediately at sales@dixcelshop.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Installed Items: We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" if the item has already been installed on a vehicle.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalised items.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and inspected, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at sales@dixcelshop.com.au.
